I will get back with you within 48 hours to finalize the total payment including shipping and handling, the initial deposit amount, and the monthly payment. If my terms are not acceptable you will be under no obligation to complete the sale, however, if you make a deposit, the layaway final sales agreement will apply.

Layaway final sales agreement:

All layaway sales are final. Deposits are non-refundable and may not be transferred to other items. A payment must be made towards your layaway every 30 days. If a payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the layaway and all monies paid will be forfeited.
